There was a syntax error in the commands for the Windows release after the move from Cirrus (missing )). I'm considering how to address. Either "no windows release this time" or special "no op" release. I'm leaning towards no windows release this time. Fixing up a failed linux release that uses containers is easy. The windows and mac stuff, not so much.
