Get transaction DESCRIPTION

Hello.
I have a task to get transaction DESCRIPTION by TXID for LiteCoin.
In Electrum LTC I see description, but not in LiteWallet and blockchair.com.
Does it possible to do that by some API or parsing some webpage?
If it's not possible for LiteCoin maybe there are other cryptocurrency with possibility to get DESCRIPTION?
PS. On tronscan.io there is NOTE for TRX and Tether USDT TRC20.
