electrumx server not compatible with litecoind 0.21.2

Technically not an electrum-ltc issue, but electrum-ltc can't work with 0.21.2 until there's a compatible server. There's already an issue open on spesmilo's electrumx github (which is the server linked from electrum-ltc.org) but it seems stuck without the attention of a litecoin dev so I thought I'd link it here.
