Removing window from Stack loses Active Window Hint

if you create a stacked window, then add something into the stack (in this instance, i just added cosmic-files then created a stack and added another cosmic-files in the stack). then make the stack fullscreen. if you manually drag one of the windows out of the stack, that window will never gain "focus" afterwards. the Active Window Hint will pop up very briefly, then disappear.
