"Modified" time does not update

On the current (88eb934) build, and for some time now, If I touch a file, the time stamp for last modification is not updated in cosmic-files until I move out of the folder containing that file and back into it. Similarly, if I have files sorted by Modified, the list does not re-order until I move out of the folder and back in.
