pop-os/cosmic-randr

External display can't be enabled

The external display works fine in cosmic-greeter, but when logged in, it turns off. It also works with other DEs.
Both displays are shown in the settings app, but only a screen 0 appears in the box, where the arrangement can be set.
Cosmic-randr detects the display, but exits with config failed error, when trying to turn it on.

Deleting ~/.local/state/cosmic-comp/outputs.ron and rebooting the system solved the problem for me

Not related to you problem, but are you able to change resolution on you laptop? I see cosmic-randr only listed 1920x1080.
