Request: Allow the ability to configure Cosmic DE to start up application or execute scripts after login

Further refinements to consider, but not critical: Ability to choose which workspace the application gets loaded in and tile arrangement. For example, auto start an email client in workspace 2, dashboard clients arranged in a particular tile layout in workspace 3
