Add an "advanced" mode to the translator

Add an Advanced mode to the translator so that we can hide some of the uncommonly-used or developer-oriented buttons.
Hide the features:
- Edit Selected Source on Its Own (if not removed)
- View Shindig Translation
- Show Identifiers.
- Etc.

Done. Uses persist.js to remember its configuration.
