Not able to connect to database using pgcat

**Trying to configure pgcat in my postgres database cluster but not working working properly i am getting bellow error **
To Reproduce
I am running this command to connect database using pgcat setup
psql -U pulp -h pgcat.pgcat.svc.cluster.local -p 6432 -d pulp
Expected behavior
it should connect to pulp database
Error message
psql: error: connection to server at "pgcat.pgcat.svc.cluster.local" (10.108.15.8), port 6432 failed: FATAL: No pool configured for database: "pulp", user: "pulp"

Did you manage to get it working? If so how?
