Support Service annotations in the helm chart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is routine for LoadBalancer services to require annotations as to work with multiple cloud providers, MetalLB, external-dns, and others.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the user to specify annotations for the Kubernetes Service.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There isn't one.
