Make pg_variables compatible with pg14.

@ziva777, I believe it is compatible. I've just built it for PG 15.
There haven't been new formal releases since long time ago, but actually master branch is up to date.

@vitalca, a big thank you for reminding me! I did update stable branch and add a new tag v1.2.5.
