Add the support for usfm 3

Currently I use the \w |strong="xxx" \w* usfm 3 tag. But it's not supported by BDD. It would be great to support it.

@LAfricain is the \w tag brand new to USFM 3? Or it is just the |strong modifier?
One area of very important need is help to bring the new USFM codes into Bibledit-Desktop, esp. the \TAG+ notation which is for embedded or nested tags.

No idea. But it's not recognize by bdd.
