Add NET notes

We support the NET Bible (2.0, I think) in the Analysis window now. But we don't have the NET notes. There may be some copyright issues with it, but I would like to investigate that and be able to add the notes, because they have very valuable translator notes (tn) included with the other note types (sn, etc.)
