"Can't find Card-tools", works eventually

Search card gives me "can't find card-tools" error but always eventually works after a refresh or two.
Both Card tools and Search card are installed properly through HACS and fully updated.
I use HA mainly via the ios mobile app but the issue isn't isolated to that. HA 0.115.3.
