Request. Creating shipping return label for customer using our account.

I understand we can request an amtwoordnummer. But this is not the same as offering a return label. People can also use it when they want.

Practical. We would like to be able to create a shipping label in the backend resulting in a pdf that we can send to the customer (so they can return to us) / without an antwoordnummer

Thank you for your feature request and sharing your way of using the extensie. I'll create a backlog item for you so that PostNL can give a priority to this.You can follow the progress via https://jira.tig.nl/browse/POSTNLM1-496. I'll leave this issue open until feedback has been given via JIRA by PostNL.

If you are still looking for this feature i recommend talking with your accountmanager about this. The issue is still on our backlog but no priority from PostNL has been assigned. The Github issue will be closed.

There is business here for Postnl. Because if we can create a postnl return label they will use it and the loop is closed. Now they buy ups or Dhl or sandd return labels instead.

I understand, but it is up to PostNL to decide if they want this. We can't decide that for them, we can only advise and that is what we did. Priority on what is developed from the backlog is managed by PostNL. Therefore i suggest discussing this with your accountmanager.
