POSTNL-0247 is about table rates, not about postcode checker

You've submitted this issue on the PostNL M1 github, but you are linking to a M2 knowledgebase article. Is this about M1 or M2? Because for M1 there is a different error: https://confluence.tig.nl/x/HgB1Aw
