[BUG] PostNL Returns are not added to the grid

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an order
  2. Create a shipment
  3. Go to a shipment and hit the "PostNL - Verstuur Retourlabel E-Mail" button
  4. Go to Sales > "PostNL Returns" to find no return has been created.

Expected result
To see the new return in the grid on "PostNL returns"

Actual result
No entry is made into the PostNL returns and no error is shown

Workaround
None

** Please complete the following information**

  • Magento version: Magento 1.9.4.5 with up-to-date MageOne patches
  • PHP version: 7.2.34
  • TIG PostNL version: 1.16.2 (older version due to conflicts with iDev OneStepCheckout)

We're running into this issue since around the 23rd of March. Most of the return labels created don't actually add any entry into the PostNL Returns section. We haven't updated the site around that time so we're suspecting it might be a change on the PostNL / CIF side, but we're not entirely sure as we're not seeing any exceptions etc logged.

Thank you for contacting us, the magento 1 extension is end of life, if you can contact us at support@tig.nl we will do an investigation for you why this is happening. It is also a possibility to contact PostNL and ask if they changed anything in their system.
