[BUG] JQMIGRATE: HTML tags must be properly nested and closed - checkout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Magento frontend' -> checkout (/checkout/?#shipping)
- Fill in address details or login
- Open developer console in browser
- See warning message about 'HTML tags must be properly nested and closed:'
Expected result
No warnings
Actual result
A warning about view/frontend/web/template/DeliveryOptions/Delivery.html containing self-closing html tags
<label for="postnl_stated_address_only_checkbox" data-bind="i18n: 'Do not deliver to neighbours'" />
Workaround
None

Magento version: 2.4.5
PHP version: 8.1
TIG PostNL version: 1.12.3
