On one of my machines I've got "File not found" error when invoking Windows Terminal (Win+Alt+E).
Could not start wt.exe from a command line, either, so perhaps not DevComrade-specific.
Apparently, the same issue as this.

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps was missing from PATH in the user environment vars.
