Add a macro for paste without spaces

Very few payment websites do the right thing and filter our spaces, when we copy/paste a credit card / bank account number. Most just trim out the trailing digits, quite frustratingly. Let's add a macro, similar to Win+Ins, to paste without any spaces (including line breaks and tabs). Thinking of Win+Alt+Ins.
