eager loading

Hi powerpak,

I did forked your repository to include eager loading (it's based on the Taylorwell Eloquent bundle for laravel)
I did some changes at dakota, and idiorm too, added some methods, changed others, etc but it's the same, in essence.
I will add all the changes at the readme.
