Wire-out config to YAML files

The configuration system initial implementation is already done.
Finalize config parameters, and wire-out to YAML config files and to the GUI.

• Also implement the actual GUI configuration settings in the config system.
• Filter: Eval_status_* special features to the config
• Convert all numerical contants from pixels to EM-s. (Some of them must be computed internally and not need to be wired-out)
• The dependency_renderer has a remaining constant, that has unknown function.
