the size of the cmp buffer at:

kyber/ref/kem.c

Line 148 in 4ecce06

uint8_t cmp[KYBER_CIPHERTEXTBYTES+KYBER_SYMBYTES];

seems to no longer need the extra KYBER_SYMBYTES
