CLI Interactive mode banner isn't displayed properly on dark terminal themes

Running interactive mode on a dark terminal shows the following:
Marking the text shows (almost?) everything:
OS: macOS
Terminal GUI: iTerm2 Build 3.4.19
Shell: zsh
Theme:
Any other CLI tool:
