as I said Theme is not changed by the new theme selected in ThemeChooserDialogBuilder on Android 13, but on Android 11 and below the theme can be changed.

Solved, Disable Dynamic Theme first for using ThemeChooserDialogBuilder and Color Theme, Thx for making this Library :)
