Since some Channels have multiple Threads
It could be more organized to get each Thread in a channel separately, than getting all the threads within a channel in one folder mixed up.

Server > Channel > Thread

Version 1.11.14 adds a Separate Threads & Forum Posts export option that should do this, expect it to be available in the next day or so.
