Add tags to thread export

I've noticed when exporting threads, tags aren't exported with using html or csv which I assume isn't a feature at the moment. Would be really useful to have when backupping large amounts of organized threads.

I believe this should be resolved with Version 1.11.15 (available in the next day or so on the Chrome store) 👍
Check that out and if its still not working, please feel free to create another issue!
