Switch to using gem version of Prawn (starting at 1.2.0)

@hbrandl: Do you feel like we're ready to drop tables from Prawn? If so, I'll probably release Prawn 1.2.0 in the next few days, and then immediately after that issue a 0.1.0 release of prawn-table that depends on it.

I've successfully used the code in Prawn's master along with the gem version of prawn-table in a project I'm working on, so I'm confident we at least have everything packaged up well enough.

Done in 1abf47b.

@hbrandl Note that we're probably being over-pessimistic in our version locking for Prawn. We can probably afford "~> 1.2" (which will allow all 1.2+ releases). But I wanted to be cautious at first.

We can think about being more open once we get another release or two published.
