A bug may cause NetworkActivityIndicator always visible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. push GTMOAuth2ViewControllerTouch
2. pop GTMOAuth2ViewControllerTouch while web view is still loading

Quick fix:
Add this in -dealloc

    if (webView_.loading) {
        [self notifyWithName:kGTMOAuth2WebViewStoppedLoading
                     webView:webView_
                        kind:nil];
    }
