use more or full width for Library listing at the top

Hmm, not sure about the Library overlay at the very top:

When clicking Libraries at the top selection an overlay is displayed. When a user has several libraries the current UI is not ideal.

Currently
The first two Libraries are visible and the others are accessible via scrollbar.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be easier to use full or at least more width than the current narrow overlay, so that more than two libraries can be shown.

Alternatively wondering if showing the libraries in text form in an expandable left side menu makes sense.

There is a navigation improvement that could improve usability by closing the Libraries overlay after clicking a library from that overlay. Thought is: if a user wants to navigate to a Library they use the overlay, select the Library which is loaded but then overlay is obstructing the view of that Library.

Then again, maybe that overlay isn't used a lot since below the hero slider at the top the first element is the Libraries again. So selection can be made from there and at that place full width is used.
