Add AirGrid to vendor specific modules

Hi!

I would like to add AirGrid RTD module docs to https://docs.prebid.org/dev-docs/modules/

Please let me know if we are ok to open a PR for this change, and any special considerations we should make.

If none we can follow the pattern by other vendor specific modules.

@ydennisy yes please 🙏 Here is a link to the layout if you scroll down to the bottom at Step 5 (https://docs.prebid.org/dev-docs/add-rtd-submodule.html). I will make sure and watch out for the pr to get it approved since this usually coincides with the initial code release.
