Version 7.29.0 build error

When trying to download version 7.29.0 from https://docs.prebid.org/download it seems like there is an issue with the .js file generation. Im getting {"error":"Prebid file not built properly","requestId":"fc339c56-43c3-4725-8b71-a780dd095e23"}. This issue only applies to the mentioned version downloaded from the download page. Manual/local build works as expected.

@Skylinar - which adapters/modules are you trying to download?

@bretg for example smartx - but I have also tried a few others. It does not work with any of them.

@Skylinar - The issue is with the automatic checking of the new GPP module in the "recommended modules" section.

GPP didn't exist in v7.29 or before. This download page does not know what version a give module was added in, and that's a problem for this kind of 'opt-out' scenario. As a short-term fix, I'll add note to unselect the GPP module for 7.29 and earlier. Not sure how easy a more significant update might be.
