Cursor turns into "text selection" when dragging a plot in chromiums

Repro: open http://predictionmachines.github.io/InteractiveDataDisplay/all-samples.html in a chromium-based browser, select some text, try dragging a cart.
Observed: mouse cursor turns into "text selection" cursor

Expected: mouse cursor either does not change at all or change into something appropriate.
