TimeZone/IE11: Rangepicker layout in advanced filter looks off in IE11 only.

Description

In IE11, the date columns that use a Range picker as their condition look stretched all the way out.
The same test file renders properly in other browsers: Chrome, FF58 and Safari10.
No errors in console log, but it looks somewhat similar to issue#490 that was fixed before. Maybe theming related? Should also mention this issue doesn't happen in the generic demo on IE11.
