Move relative clauses to end of phrase

I don't know if this is feasible, but it would be nice if "A [that...] of B" where "[that ...]" could represent one or multiple coordinate relative clauses, would be generated in the English back translation as "A of B [that...]". We write it the first way in phase 1 to make it clear that the relative clause modifies "A" rather than "B", but the way one would say it in natural English would be the second version. Thanks
