install with vundle

Hello,
I follow the steps and clone the plugin into the folder ~/.vim/bundle, but it doesn't work.
Finally I add Plugin 'nathanaelkane/vim-indent-guides' into .vimrc, and it works.

Vundle is the preferred install method. The readme has been updated with Vundle installation details.
