EPUB, MOBI: Aphorism cite variables are not targeting

On EPUB and MOBI, the available aphorism-cite variables are not targeting, including:
- $aphorism-cite-font-style
- $aphorism-cite-font-variant
- $aphorism-cite-text-transform
More variables may not be targeting, but i've only had to use these ones.
