Preserving the source book LTI Settings in an in-network clone

Feature Description
At UCF, we clone books quite a bit as part of our strategy to scale open educational resources and practices. Having to manage the LTI Setting for a handful of books per semester was manageable; however, now that we have a growing user base of faculty using Pressbooks for student portfolios, managing those settings has become untenable.
Feature Use Case
Faculty who create ePortfolio projects (especially those that are team-based) and embed them into the LMS for students to execute their creative work often make 10+ portfolios as a time. They will have configured the 'template' portfolio with the desired LTI settings, etc., but upon spinning up 10 clones (unless they had been in direct contact with me), they'd have to know intuitively to go into LTI Settings to adjust the role mapping so that when students launch into the book from the LMS they are given the appropriate 'Admin' role (for example). This backfired in 3 courses this semester, so I feel I need to state the awkwardness of that system behavior and ask that you please make a way to bring over existing LTI Settings—at least for in-network books.
What might be better still, instead of making this a 'default' setting, you could create a checkbox under the "User Role Mapping" heading for a user to select this option to maintain role mapping when cloned.
Thanks,
Jim
