Share the Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Whenever I try to type the syntax for a custom checkbox, I instead get a regularly ticked checkbox (with no strikethrough).

Additional Info
I have turned off all plugins, tried in Sandbox, did it in a new note, restarted Obsidian, and it hasn't worked.
You need to upgrade to version 2.8.0
@Mack127444 hi there! It's now available publicly. please update your theme! you're not wrong tho, I got the details on the doc site first before I was able to release it publicly 😅 the public version was released just now 😄
