p-multiselect jumps in height because chips padding is not applied correctly

The multiselect input field jumps in height when chips are selected, because the scss styles have been nested incorrectly. An ampersand has been added in this commit, but it should not be there, because .p-multiselect is a child of .p-inputwrapper-filled:
