Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  1. Cannot remove existing collaborators
  2. Cannot add existing collaborators (same email) to more websites

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Add a trash icon in the collaborators list to remove them
  2. When an email already exists as a user, just add the collaborator record instead of trying to create the user.

P.S. Assign me, I'll do them in the weekend.
