Cannot work with pytorch 1.4.0 and cuda 10.0

my name is Roby, and I found this work interesting. can I implement this on the Windows platform with anaconda? I tried so many versions of CUDA and it did not work. is this code must be run on PyTorch 1.4.0 with Cuda 10.0?

Thanks for your interest in our paper. We've never tested our code on Windows so we are not sure if it works on Windows. This code should also work with newer version of PyTorch and CUDA. Which PyTorch and CUDA did you try? What error did you get? If you can share your error message, it would be easier to diagnose the issues.
