[BUG] I dont know why the prism is unenabled?

To Reproduce
Sorry i dont speak english
i use a server that it is on a cloud……？ uh it's a cloudserver and i only can control the server's start,stop
my console report me nothing
but my game window show me that
databases could be not connected
but in config folder it dont have a db file
PS: i am sorry that i dont learn english deeply
i only can use english for normal talk

if someone want know anymore

- Server Type: paper
- Server Version: 1.21
You need to ask your cloud support for a mysql database for Prism.
