Repository is looking for a maintainer

Opened this issue · 11 comments

As this repository is getting more interest than I ever thought, it would be good to have it maintained properly.
So if you're interested in the topic of software metrics, have some python skills and a github account... you may be the repo's next maintainer :-)

If you're interested, please comment or reach out via all the other channels...

That is understandable (ReadME says it all), but at the same time I would like to ask, how does the statistics work? Just inputting a file, or a whole repo and assess by file or function?

Basically on a per file basis - and in the end there are some statistics calculated over all files provided

I usually eye on this repo for answers, but they are not sufficient https://github.com/boyter/scc

I actually need this repo for a project my company is working on, happy to take over as maintainer.

@aylusltd cool - I would need your pypi user handle (please send it by email to me), then I'm going to add you once you proposed your first change to this repo (when it has been merged I mean)

Will do! Have to finish something tonight for a demo in the morning, but will message you tomorrow.

Hey, sorry this fell through the cracks. Had to create a new pypi account since this is officially for work. pypi username is jason-startupos.dev

Okay cool, will grant you the necessary permissions once we got #31 into shape

@aylusltd the invite on pypi and github is out - happy that you will take this tool here over

Maintainership of this repository is open again

Hey @priv-kweihmann, I've not yet made a contribution to the repo as it's still new to me, but myself and my team at work might be heavily utilizing it starting soon, so I'd be happy to help out with maintainership. I'm happy to email you my pypi info if you'd like!
