Create dev and prod environments

I have looked a bit into dev and prod environments variables, the prod is the official link one and the dev are ones that vercel users will be able to pull the environment variables to the local test folder. So I think to achieve the dev/test environment, the best approach would whitelist the "dev" branch you have created, so all the deployed versions of that branch would have access to all environments variables
