[Suggestion] European proxy of the server

It is already decently fast in Europe, but I believe though the use of a European proxy it would be faster. If it is too expensive, then don't consider it.

Thank-you for the suggestion but I currently lack the funds to expand my infrastructure. Maybe sometime in the future.
