seems to be disabled, just right before my sabbatical. just enabled them, at least for mac and windows. all workflows of different branches need to be consolidated.

well, there seems to be a problem with the new dotnet sdk being used on the CI - https://github.com/pro3d-space/PRo3D/runs/7999742489?check_suite_focus=true#step:6:811
this is the reason we don't get deployments for free currently. need to investigate and fix the version accordingly.

auto deploy for mac and win is back, but FSharp.Core some packages need to be updated still.

CI is up and running, the f#.core issue is actually now a different one: #233
