AVIF support

As outlined in the Wishlist & Roadmap forum, AVIF has landed on all major browsers, with the exception of MS Edge. As opposed to Webp, which in my experience has shown far fewer compression gains than I hoped if you're already compressing your JPEGs, AVIF consistently produces smaller file sizes.
ProcessWire support would be wonderful, and avoid the use of online image compression services such as Cloudinary, which can be expensive quickly.
