Change of examples structure

I suggest to change the structure of the examples attribute, from

examples:
- term: Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma

to

examples:
- labels:
  - Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma

• labels seems more appropriate, since not defined terms
• list allows multiple values
• keeping the labels attribute listed in examples (as is now term) allows extension with other attributes (e.g. pointers to implementations)
