Broken link to API documentation

http://www.hatohol.org/docs/ links to http://www.hatohol.org/docs/api/ but /docs/api/ returns 404 Not Found.

Definitely, /docs/api is not prepared.

I'm thinking to delete correspond line.
Do you have your opinion?
I'm thinking another opinion that I'll add deprecated message to the correspond line.

I removed the link.
I will apply it to website soon...
